How it works 🧩
Create an OAuth client in Zendesk and set the Caplena redirect URL
Go to Account Settings → Integrations and connect your Zendesk account
Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and company subdomain
Navigate to Projects → Import Data → Zendesk and select tickets or CSAT responses
